For me it's a bit of both. I eat fruit in the morning. (sometimes) Between breakfast & lunch I will sometimes eat a 100 cal or lower snack. Lunch I have at least a 300 calorie or lower meal, frozen meal or a (very) light salad. Dinner is when I try to have the most calories in a day. Last I noticed I slowly built calories.…

I completely cut out ramen noodles from my life a year ago.

I’m 27 & 4feet 8inches. Much shorter. I currently weight 133.8. Took me a while to get here from 139 I do walk on the treadmill here at home in my basement everyday for an hour. One day a week I’ll walk 2 hours if I ate a lot or skipped a day before.
