  • Hope you're feeling better. I just track my water in the MFP app. I also switched my primary water bottle to a liter bottle so it's easy to remember to drink 4 liters.

  • I'm not sure if you're looking for advice, but if so something that helped me make a habit of drinking more water are those low / zero calorie water flavor packets. There are so many to choose from now. After a few months I rarely need even one a day to hit my goal of a gallon.
