I've got my regular doctors check in on the 20th. I've been on a mission to lose as much weight in one year as I could if I had weight loss surgery - and I'm doing very well. I expect my doc to shake my hand (he loves it when I hit one of my goals) because I'll be down 20 pounds since my last visit 2 months ago!
