  • Juice from half a Lemon, equal amount of low-sodium soy sauce or Tamari, 2 cloves of finely chopped garlic, fresh ground pepper. Even skinny people like it!
  • Try using equal parts fresh-squeezed lemon juice with low-sodium soy sauce. Add minced garlic and fresh-ground pepper to the mixture. It makes a great Fat Free and Low Cal substitute for Caesar dressing and it is tasty enough to serve to non-weight-conscious guests.
