I did the same thing for a long time. It’s funny now with covid I want to break out of that shell and just be around in public. I guess it’s the wrong time to have the IDGAF attitude or try to adopt it. I guess would really do anything for my kid.

I used to love this time of year due to snowboarding. Now though, in light of certain events that are going on, I’m more in a depressed mood with a lot of anxiety. My parents see it, my in laws see it. Though I try to push through because of my 2.5 year old. I could say it could get better but all the way until my sons…

Both of us are in the military and she’s currently deployed so I’ve been doing it for the past 5 months thinking everything was ok or everything will work out. This next month will be the hardest because of holidays. Right now all I got is my son, work, and the gym, so I’m doing what I can.

One of my supervisors said I looked good. She stared at me trying to figure out what changed. I was caught off guard because normally I don’t get compliments on looks and could only say thank you.

Natto is definitely an acquired taste. The only thing that ruins it for me is the texture which is weird since I’m able to eat almost anything with a similar texture. Flavor wise adding a little soy sauce helped me tolerate it longer.

Laying in bed not wanting to eat, clean or buy a Christmas tree today.

Fit into some old button ups I haven’t worn in 7-8 years and the last time I attempted to wear them I couldn’t button them up. Now it feels like they fit better than when i first bought them.

Strength training M-F and weekends is basically cardio and strength training chasing a 2.5 year old and carrying him all over the place.

I had to change things up today since there is no work. Ended up hitting the gym in the morning instead of during lunch. 450-500cal meals for both breakfast and lunch. This will allow me to eat a little more than normal for dinner. @Sand_TIger i like the thought of using Japanese bowls and might try it out.

Sitting in the car, listening to music and collecting my thoughts before the stress of work comes crashing down. Also, looking forward to all the food I won’t eat tomorrow.

I started by logging calories which turned into Macro. After about a week I started hitting the gym hard again just before lunch. Its been about 2 months now and has become a habit during the week. Weekends tend to be active rest days since I spend most of it chasing after a 2 year old around the house or park

Up way to early so now I’m taking my time getting ready for work, cooking breakfast and listening to music.
