Hi! I am a big fan of a mug of tea if I am feeling snacky and I have used my calorie budget up. Sometimes my mouth just feels lonely, but I am not even particularly hungry. There are some fantastic dessert flavored teas out there, which gives you the flavors but control over the sugar content. Good luck!

Last night I took on a 10k steps walking video. It was a sweaty blast! I have also now lost a total of 10lbs since November, so my dr will be happy lol. I am more pleased with feeling changes in my body and energy levels.

I think not well enough, as it has been a week now since I last heard from them lol. C'est la vie! Took a few days off for the holiday where I didn't track food and I rested up from pms symptoms(fatigue and cramps are usually rough). Back on the wagon today though and it felt good to move around and exercise this morning…

@kacanakya16 I did enjoy the date. We're talking about a second now! Just keep moving and doing your best. I hit 2 miles on my walk at home videos, and squats of course. Yesterday was a rest day for me as I had to complete holiday errands and present wrapping.

Happy Saturday! I have a first date tonight with someone I've been texting all week including a 2 hour phone conversation and I'm very excited!! I've been keeping up with my movement, and my squats challenge. I think my already impressive 🍑 is getting more impressive lol

I like waking up early to get it in before work. I've learned I'll never get it done otherwise lol. Though sometimes I'll take an easy evening walk to help digest dinner. The squats I'll break up into 2 sets of 25.

Good morning. I woke up to workout and got hit with a strong wave of pms cramps so instead I snuggled my dog and heating pad lol. I'll make sure to enjoy a brisk walk this evening though!

I rarely eat all of them. but it depends on my hunger level. but I believe MFP sets your base calories based on your projected normal activities. Adding exercise that isn't part of that routine burns extra calories that should be reasonably replenished-otherwise you run the risk of losing too much too fast in an unsafe way.

Hi, I am so happy to join in on this one. My doctor has suggested I cancel my gym due to covid and continue working out at home, the way I have been doing already. Today, I did 2 miles with Leslie Sansone's Walk at Home. She has tons of recent videos posted to youtube! Looking forward to checking in tomorrow <3
