Deadlift(standard/sumo/straight leg) 6 sets each super set(always) with some core work. Followed by an hour hike.

Grind, you’re gonna feel better after. It’s always better for me having a gym to go to. When COVID hit I set up a home gym. It was easy to quit mid workout, found a gym that would ‘sneak’ us in the back door and got back it.

Dropped the 20lbs since the middle of July I added during COVID. Working towards that 180 goal. 🐢
