I need to lose 10 pounds!!! At the beginning of the year I was doing well in terms of my weight..about 4 pounds from my goal. It has crept up. I am lifting heavier weights and getting stronger so I know I am building muscle but I don't want to gain too much!

I am in the same boat...been on MFP a while never took advantage of the forums. I spent the past year seriously tracking food and getting exercise. I am about 5 pounds away from my goal but I really need to get better with my diet..here to help and get advice!

I am 42 and starting to track and work out more regularly. I am wanting to eat more within my calorie range so I can lose those last 5 pounds. Looking for friends in similar situation and how you navigated to get to your goal!
