Cheers cheesy. Do the owners of MFP read these 'suggestions and ideas'? I also think it is easier / lazier to add a new food/drink - rather than amend one that you know is wrong - which shouldn't really be the case.

Hadn't realised that the US foods list Sodium and not Salt. Is there a way MFP can just autocalculate it behind the scenes. Like a kg to lb conversion? Don't worry I won't ask MFP to change it to Fibre :)

Hi been using the myfitnesspal calorie and exercise counter for 18-21 months or so but first time poster on the forum Was 13st, CW12.2, Target 11.8 Through controlled diet and exercise, not into starvation diets, fluid loss etc

Hi everyone - using the app just to help keep track of how foods combine. One thing I wish people would know that sodium is 40% of product salt content when adding sodium level in the new food section :)
