I would love to join. This is a little aspirational for me though. I just turned 50 and my metabolism has REALLY slowed down. I would like to join this challenge and see what I can do. Hi there!! I would like to join a small accountability group. I am really not sure how to join a group on this app. I need to lose 15-20 pounds as well. My goal is to lose it by the end of June. I am trying to reduce my carbs and get moving more. I would like to post my weight every week as motivation.

This is such a great resource for accountability. Winter is very hard for me because I live in the pacific northwest and the grey cold weather days make me want to turn to comfort food. SW 154.8 GOAL WEIGHT 135 By March 27th I would like to be down 10 pounds Thanks for all the support!!!
