I want to lose some weight. I’d like to build more muscle as well but weights are limited. So I figure I’d just do high rep sets with my 25 lb dumbell to cut some fat. My real problem is my eating. I get bored with the same regular dishes and I’ve gotten a bit lazy from the lock down. Bad combination lol

What are you trying to target? More weight loss or are you trying to shape your body into a certain way? There’s different ways of exercising for different goals so I’m curious.
