I find that I can't think of it as an overall weight goal. I have to split it up into mini goals. So my goal is to always "get into the next round of 10's" So if i'm in the 280's my goal is to get into the 270's and so on. Makes for a lot more celebrations and good feelings when you do actually make it!

Progresso Light Broccoli/Cheese soup for breakfast...throw it in my Yeti cup and sip on it for hours...that and Skinny girl microwave popcorn. I pretty much eat 1 whole bag a day. Delicious!

For lunch I have 1/2 a roasted acorn squash with garlic, butter, salt, and parmesian cheese with a 5oz piece of baked salmon mixed in. Doesn't look great, but it is so delicious! 522 calories, 26 carb, 36 protein

Girl same. I am 1 year NED at this point and scared to death of a recurrance. Cancer has taught me that we really only have this 1 life. There are no do overs. We need to act now and live it to the fullest. I want to be happy NOW, not someday. Best of luck to you. We got this, Sister!
