  • I’m also in the same boat. 1200 calories isn’t too low if you are short and sedentary like me. That’s how you have a calorie deficit to lose weight. As long as you feel full and done feel like you’re starving yourself, I think it’s a good number. It’s also a goal so if I go over by 100 calories, I’m not going to gain. I…
