  • I lost my husband almost 4 years ago. I also lost myself. In June I weighed 166 lbs and decided I was going to recreate myself. I’m now 136 lbs and wanting to lose another 5-10 lbs. I’m eating better and I feel better, physically. I now need to work on my mental state. I’m starting yoga this weekend. I think it will help…
