I’ll be taking a 30 mile bike ride this morning with my cycling buddies. Trying to get the miles in before the snow comes this week and winter really sets in. Then cozy up to a fire in the fireplace for the afternoon.

Hi everyone! Joining in today. I’m going to be 65 this coming year and have a goal weight of 140. I’ve been on this weight lose journey since New Year’s Eve 2020. The first step was to cut out alcohol. What a difference that has made. Now the diet and exercise piece for 2021. Glad to join you all on this quest.
