Welcome! I am also new to MFP, but I have found tracking on this app to be easy, as well as interesting. I print out my reports daily so that I can study the data and use it to make adjustments in my eating. This may be helpful for you, too. I wish you a healthy, happy new year! Carol

I agree that language helps frame our perpections; it can be useful to use words differently, to reframe a situation, as sndral suggests.
