I was an open water endurance swimmer (2-5 mile swims) for about 12 years but retired at 53 due to hip impingement. Hi everyone. I started MFP yesterday and the app is so easy to use! I am 55 and live in Apex, NC., and would like to lose 60#. I have been less active for the last 1.5 years. I need a new hip and that has really slowed me down. I cycle 3 times a week at home. I am looking forward to this journey.
