Age: 55 Height: 5' 8" SW: 257.2 (12/28/20) GW: 160 MSW: 232.2 7/9 234.4 Don't know... can't say! I am doing the same thing and this is the biggest gain that I have had so far. I drank so much water(over 200oz.) yesterday and I was still up. I am trying to not let it get to me but I am a lil let down today.

Amazing job and thank you for sharing your wife's loss, as well. You 2 are a beautiful couple!

Thank you for your post! I just hit 25# but it took me 6 months to get here. You are doing a great job!

@goal06082021 We are headed to the mountains this weekend and I meal prep all our food for the stay. I made some Brownies with raspberries for a get together. They are always a big hit. Brownies work out great for me because they are easy to make, I don't like brownies, and can't eat gluten... its a win, win!

@springlering62 " Love Yourself and laugh at Yourself. No one’s going to be harder on you than Yourself, so give Yourself some grace. Yourself is hard to get along with sometimes. Tell Yourself to shut up." I love this! I copied it and will put on my mirror. :D

@Jthanmyfitnesspal I may try a pull buoy and see if that helps. Thanks for the help!

@Jthanmyfitnesspal Thanks for the link! I am not swimming presently due to needing a new hip. However, in the past (1.5 years ago), my Fenix 5 was very accurate and I could see my swim mapped out. GPS starts when you set it to open water. It helped me see my track and let me know if I strayed in current during ocean races.…

I have the Garmin Fenix 5 and I used it primarily for swimming indoor and open water. I found it to be very accurate with my distance. I did not pay attention to calorie burn at the time. I don't know what calorie numbers you are getting but the more efficient you are in the water, the fewer calories you burn. I can't get…

I am with you @Sand_TIger . I need protein for breakfast... usually eggs. I just feel better throughout the day. I recently had pad thai with tofu. I did not have a large portion but it certainly set me off to wanting more, more, more. My thought is that I am just not used to that many carbs. I have always enjoyed cooking…
