  • @shnerb00 — I have found that when I allow myself to have more calories because I exercised, I don’t have great results when trying to lose weight. So I’m just eating at 1500 a day, exercise or rest day. I got my husband to start reading Atomic Habits also and we’re building better/new habits together. It’s been great!

  • @Tygirl2016 — I’m also reading the Atomic Habits by James Clear! I can’t say enough amazing things about this book. I’m so glad you posted that quote. It’s one that I think about often while on my health journey. This book is absolutely worth the read!
