Chicken sausage from Trader Joes, egg whites with mushrooms and green chile's, fat free feta, and baby potatoes with Waldens ketchup. 550 calories for a very filling meal...

I gained muscle and slowly added cardio. Then eventually, I cut down to a crazy shredded weight, and was at 180. Over the last year, I've reverse dieted and im up to 215 now, and staying lean.

First time commenting on this thread... 45, and currently trying to gain muscle. Its always a battle but I'm not afraid to work hard and eat very regimented. 2020 was good to me in the gym, and 2021 will be even better! Tip of the day, move more and eat less to achieve your weight loss goals!

During the work week, I like to do my pro oats in the morning. On the weekends, I have alot of flexibility and eat something light before the gym like a protein shake and cream of rice.
