  • Intermittent fasting isn't market BS. it's a legit method of reducing insulin levels. And because insulin is inextricably linked to weight gain, weight loss is much easier.
  • 1350 calories is starvation level for someone at 300 pounds. Intermittent fasting is what you're doing. The science behind it is clear...it is a method of controlling insulin levels because insulin is inseparably related to weight gain. But you have to properly fuel your body.
