I need friend’s for accountability too!! I’ve lost 25 pounds but need to lose 100 more it’s a daunting task I had the gastric sleeve in December 29th and still find it hard sticking to a life change .... anyone else need friends??

To lose 10 pounds a month and fit on an airplane by September. Dr said j can lose 10 to 20 pounds a month. Which sucks because I put it on faster than that I’m pretty sure. Here’s hoping!!

Yeah you are all probably right I need to change my goal I’ve given it some thought and I’m thinking ten pounds a month is a good goal. Dr said I can expect to lose 10 to 20 pounds a month but we will see if and how this works out. Had gastric sleeve on the 29th December 2020 and hiatal hernia repaired also. Wish I knew…
