  • either left overs from dinner the night before, salads or low cal wraps ( pinterest has a lot of good ideas) or some grilled chicken breast , rice and a veggie. soup is a good one as well .

  • thank you ! my goals are to lose 40 lbs by my 30th birthday. i am working with a dietician and i am tracking my food and working out as much as i can. i am also working closely with a thearpist because i suffer from an eating disorder.
  • i did not take a break from being healthy . i took a break from myfitnesspal to use another app. i have lost 25lbs and have been working on my goals. i just did not like the other app and the lack of support there so that is what i meant when i took a break
