Congrats @bernshrop for starting your journey! I just started the week after xmas. I have 42 pounds to lose! Taking it day by day as well with an aim of 10k steps and 30minute hiit workouts 5/week. This is my first time really exploring the community side of MFP... Don't really know how the "friends" thing works here.

Hello! I just joined a week ago. After comparing the Fitbit, noom, and Myfitness pal apps, I found this one to have the best food library...
