I had to get rid of some water weight, plus I've drastically changed my eating and decreased my calories since I started here.

I caved and had a slice of cheesecake at the end of the day, but I was still under my calories, so I still consider it a successful day. We'll see if the scaleโฆ

Due to being quite sedentary working from home and being on bed rest (or couch rest) due to a painful kidney infection for a few weeks, I got a Legxercise Pro. It helps move my legs while sitting still to improve circulation. I'll slowly work my way up to more activity, but it's still a cool little gadget to have for timesโฆ

@emmclean @RunLik3YouM3anIt I can relate to both of you. I've been successful here before, but then lost my way. 2020 was especially hard on me as I'm sure it was on so many. It's great to know we aren't alone in our struggles. It seems we've come back to the right place!
