July 7 Pass day number 2. Although I had two pass days already, I still believe I'm doing good in comparison to June. I had my schedules wrong, so I ended up with lots of work, hence the pass day. But I believe I should do better for the rest of the month. I don't have many plans, so I aim to have a super healthy vacation,β¦

July 5 Pass day number 1! I could say I have eaten out of frustration. Too many things happened that were on my nerves. Thankfully, solved some of the problems by the end of the day, but the damage already done. I have tried my best to track everything, and I will try to raise my exercises whenever I can to burned it off.β¦

I'll eat up whatever extra calories I left during the week from my 1500 , not my exercise calories. This way, I could have a well controlled open day. That's being said, I only had 21 extra caloriesβ¦
