I'm 56, terribly out of shape and just getting started. I perform in local musical theatre but am awful at dancing, so I was excited to find 567Broadway on YouTube! It's short workout sessions based on choreography to show tunes. So I can exercise and hone my craft at the same time!

Ezekiel Bread is my favorite bread, hands down, of any bread I've ever eaten. It's a meal in itself. I haven't bought any since I gave up wheat as part of my weight loss plan, and it's one of the things I truly miss. Ezekiel bread, toasted, with butter and apricot preserves is heaven.

Good for you! I'm working on post WLS regain myself. MFP really is a great tool. It helps so much to be able to easily keep up with calories, carbs and protein. Let's do this!!
