I will burn over 1100 calories in a 45m session. Wattage averages from 250 to 280. I am 65, with two bad knees, am 235lbs (30 over). Heart rate I keep under 150,. I admit I am in better shape than my shape would indicate, but is this way off the curve because of bad machine calibration?
