  • Ran 10 miles on mountain trails a couple days ago. It's taken me almost 2 years to get to this point, and it's the farthest I have been able to run since I quit running 9 years ago. I have been feeling a little down on myself lately even though I'm at my goal weight, so seeing my fitness progress is really encouraging!
