Late to the game here but checking in on how the weight loss is going. I’m also 5’3” @ 145lbs and trying hard to get to my goal of 130-135. I’ve been exercising 3-4x week and staying under 1500 calories. I’m wondering if I’m going something wrong. Let me know if there are meal plans you follow? Do you watch carbs? Thanks!
