Hi team, good luck to everyone. This is my first time trying a challenge like this. I did add another post when I registered, i had a typo in my SW, it is down as 308lb but is 318lb. Down from 337lb. Thanks

Hi Mtara, thanks for the reply, its definitely a marathon, I didn’t get to this position in a couple of months. Short term- to get into a routine of eating to a schedule, especially now I am at home working permanently and not in the office. And to cut out caffeine, especially carbonated drinks like diet coke.
