I'm hooked on are zucchini ribbons. I have a Spiralizer, but it's a pain to clean. I just cut long ribbons of zucchini with an ordinary veggie peeler. When I get to the "seedy" center, turn the zuke a 1/4 turn & start cutting on another side. Keep doing this till it's almost gone. I find the zucchini ribbons much tastier…
