Thank you! When I first lost weight, I basically just cut my food intake and started walking a ton. Watched portions. Now I'm focusing on higher protein, and lowering my carb intake as I literally just got out of the prediabetic range and I don't want to go back there. And aiming for getting more veggies and all my waterβ¦
