Hello Everyone I'm 41 years old and I have 80 lbs to lose during quarantine I gained a lot of weight and now I need to lose it it doesn't matter how long it takes me I just want to feel healthy again.

I have dinner at 6-630 ) A couple of hours later like 930-10pm I get hungry again ugh I usually just have a little cereal with milk to kill the hunger. Could it be I need eat more during the day?
