Hi everyone I've member for years but never used my membership! this year I'm keen to finally get to a 'normal' weight. want to lose 2-3 stones. I'm TRE, 800 cal sometimes Macroing it up to 1300 then 5:2! Bloody everything! argh! truly confused ;) and drinking 3ltrs min a day plus 3500 steps up to 10k! some help…
