Hi All, On my health and wellness journey I am looking to transform my body and learn how to use weights for strength training. Im in the beginning of my journey, but would like friends for motivation along the way. I look forward to encouraging others as well to reach their desired goals. April

What is your vision for progress?

My vision for seeing progress on my health and wellness journey is meal prepping and portion control. My downfall in the past has been not consistently meal prepping. Also I believe in having accountability partners.
