@ideas2 I did read the book about the mycobiome diet at your recommendation, and that is part of what is inspiring me to make this effort. I am trying to target 20 grams a day of fiber - so not large amounts and not zero. I love the idea of trying to care for my little bacteria babies. Thanks.
