Certain things I have as staples to my diet. I like the taste and yep the app knows I’m logging it again. Almond butter on low carb tortilla for snacks for example. I love my broccoli with spicy garlic sauce too. So I’d say I’m pretty consistent in general and don’t vary much.

I had known that the beast was coming when my hunger spikes and the water bloat starts. I had however never pin pointed it to an exact day in the cycle. I signed up then saw I needed to buy the 99 dollar scale. I do think it would help. Not sure I can justify the purchase however. I’m more looking into what to do during the second half of my cycle to get my body losing some weight. I know cutting calories can be a double edged sword. Most likely activity is key o:)

Soon as possible. I might even log the meal just after preparing it. I learned the hard way that I tend to forget little snacks of almonds at noon or whatever if I don’t put them in MFP.

Typically I’ll be happy with mint chocolate chip. I have a love for peanut butter swirl not to be confused with peanut butter cup. Yummy! Get in my belly :D

I don’t drink sodas very often. When drink soda it will be diet fresca. I’m HUGE on stevia in coffee lately. I also have skinny syrups (pumpkin spice, vanilla, hazelnut). I also like diet cottage cheese and yogurt.

Motivation is seeing my cholesterol numbers drop at my Doctors in April. I had a total cholesterol of almost 300.

I try to think of this as a process. The in between phase from what I want to where I am. Bridges are function and usually not that great to look at.
