I think self-care is so important. When I'm stressed, it becomes even more so. For me, I take inspirational quotes, memes, etc. plus my daily schedule and construct everything in a way that I can record it all, and play it back twice daily. I have 200 pounds to lose all told. I’m going at it 50 pounds at a time. This is not my first time trying to lose weight or visiting MFP, but I have discovered that this is one of the best places due to the community. I have set 10 health related goals plus sub goals, and I am handling each goal in six week intervals…
