You can create your own blog here on MFP; you have to access your account through their website. You can change access to your blog and limit who sees it. If you know HTML, you can even add pictures.

Been on and off a loose keto diet for almost 2 years now; when I'm on, I've lost about 30 lbs each time. Then I get distracted, lose discipline and balloon back up. I just got back on MFP and am trying to get past the carb craving and the constant hunger phases. Keep up the fight!

I make a delicious omelet that always has a little meat and a lot of cheese... sometimes, I turn it into a breakfast burrito or quesadilla... always delicious and fairly quick and easy to make...

I've lost a lot of weight over the years... unfortunately, each time I've gained it all back. This time, I'm gonna make it stick! This is a great app but it does have its flaws... supportive friends will help motivate you and keep you on track. Stay consistent and be persistent and you will do great!

Congrats on your loss three years ago! That's tremendous! It's funny how we deviate from the basics a little here, a little there and how far we get off track. I just started back in after gaining everything I had lost before the holidays and, well... I'm back to the basics too! 😄

What kind of diet? What do you like to eat? How many calories are you looking to stay under?

I just got restarted again and my first goal is to try and average losing 2 lbs/week... that and comparing my Progress pics to see a difference...
