  • I've been on and off MFP several times, usually losing quite a bit, only to gain it back. I started this time back in February and can't seem to stay focused and am not losing weight or inches... πŸ˜‘ I could definitely use some motivation and support... feel free to add me! πŸ˜ƒ

  • On Android app Click on name Click on name again Click on the icon lower right that looks like two people and invite! I think it's similar on an iPhone

  • I've been on MFP several times, each time, I lose about 30 lbs (still far from my goal weight), maintain that for a month or two, then put it all back on. This time, I'm having problems going in the down direction; I can't get a grip on my appetite and want snacks at night. I am a pretty supportive friend and would be…
  • LOL I must be older than I thought... never heard of these bands being mentioned!
  • I've done this 4 times before and lost 30 each time, only to put it all back on again. This time (I started in the beginning of February), I can't seem to lose anything... I'm in if you (or anyone else) want a friend who will support you as well as kick you in the butt when you need it... as long as you reciprocate.
  • First thing that came to mind when reading your post is that your dog has not been trained to walk on lead; she should walk at your pace, fast or slow. Training will also help give confidence again. The same thing happened to my calf muscles and I'm still recovering. Once I'm recovered, I will start with light stretches,…
  • It's been a long time for me but I could use more friends!
  • Good luck with the calorie count! It's also a great time for exercising! I can't seem to stay on track myself... would be happy to encourage and spur each other on... add me if you'd like!
  • Been off and on MFP for a few years too, lost and gained it back. I was successful with keto a couple of those times but didn't stick with it; now I'm basically counting CICO as well. It really does help to have supportive friends to give a pat on the back as well as a boot in the pants when needed. Feel free to add me.

  • I've been on MFP several times and I lost a lot of weight over the years... unfortunately, each time I've gained it all back. Every time I've come back to this app, it refocuses me by making me accountable, and supportive friends help motivate and keep me on track. Stay consistent and be persistent!
  • At the risk of being repetitious, I just posted this but it applies here too, I think... Been there, done that, bought the tee shirt... each time, I lose about 30 lbs (still far from my goal weight), maintain that for a month or two, then put it all back on. This time, I'm having problems going in the down direction; I…

  • Androids To add photos on your timeline, you have to be on the app. On your timeline, click on 'Share Something' on your timeline; then click on 'Add Photo' at the bottom of the next screen that comes up. FYI - on the app, your Progress photos are not visible to anyone else unless you share them. Word to the wise... make…

  • I did alright throughout the summer; it was a vacation in October and the holidays that did me in... 30+ lbs that I had lost... and I had more to go before that!
  • @zaknjakesmum It seems to me that there used to be a way to toggle that off but I can't recall how... πŸ€” Maybe I'mjust dreaming that... πŸ₯΄
  • Welcome to MFP! Check out both the app version and the web version as both offer some different aspects that the other doesn't. Don't be afraid to try things and ask questions. πŸ™‚ Stay consistent and be persistent and good things will happen!
