  • I drink a lot of water—which is nice. In fact, I’m learning that many times I thought I was hungry, I was just thirsty. I also eat good portions of greens and am more physically active. It’s not that I’m not having BMs, it’s that they are not what they used to be. I know why and I’m not concerned. I just have to get used…
