I private messaged you shortly after you made the offer but got no response. Probably used the wrong messaging method. I am still learning the ropes of using this app. 🤗

I got my Fitbit from eBay awhile ago. Price was a 1/3 of a brand new one. It works great!

Umami flavors. Particularly miso, marmite, soy sauce, granulated mushroom seasoning and nutritional yeast.

Just got it. It IS nutty and delicious! Thanks!

May I ask what are the benefits of SL? Do you find it beneficial? I just ordered some for a chocolate making project but it's a whole pound and I wasn't sure what else to use it for.

Blentec(same one)owner for 10+ years. LOVE it! I like the fact that the blades aren't sharp so there's no cutting yourself hazard. I never put jars in the dishwasher. Cleaning jars as @playhardkf2017 describes is a breeze. In the last several years I purchased Twister Jar plus an additional Fourside jar to replace an older…

Thank you so much @Noreenmarie1234 for posting this(and so many other offers!)! I got mine yesterday. They are DELICIOUS! I wish they were more affordable.

Me too.

All of this!

Maybe try including chocolate as a "finisher" to a meal instead of it being a stand-alone snack. I myself enjoy chocolate but when I eat it as a snack I'm not satisfied and keep on wanting more and more.

Lightly sweetened oatmeal prepared with almond milk, a few drops of rose water, topped with tahini and raisins. A few salt flakes on top optional but highly recommended. Soooo goood!

Ditto. ^^

Definitely talk to your OB/GYN about it. There are so many unknowns in your situation OP. When you say you are working out less and eating more intuitively that is a very vague description. There is something called "energy availability" that could possibly be a problem. @ninerbuff mentioned about women athletes losing…

Original Sourdough Rye Finn Crisp Crackers.

82% are DELICIOUS! Same melt in your mouth texture as you are hoping for.

Without going into details on each one but these three have been a cornerstone. 1. An Activity tracker, Fitbit in my case. 2. Balancing a weekly/biweekly calorie budget instead of daily. 3. Treating "missteps" as a learning experience. The quicker I change my stinking-thinking the better it is for me.

MYPROTEIN Unflavored Slow-Release Casein.

Glucomannan. Not stupid per se but definitely didn't "work" for me for reducing hunger.....the GI distress is still very vivid.

@missperfectpitch I appreciate your participation on this thread! Your consistency is inspiring and helpful.

I've owned my trusty Blendtec for over 10 years. I use it very regularly. I love it! I appreciate that the blades are not sharp like my food processor which I raaarely use these days. The Twister Jar is a great addition to the original blending containers. I highly recommend it! Their customer service is awesome too. Look…

Thank you so much @cmriverside and @PAV8888! Very helpful 👍

In some severe cases use of pharmacopy might be helpful and only a health care professional should assess that.

What is your favorite way/recipe of enjoying it?
-
It shouldn't. How many packets a day do you use? In reality it's about 3 to 4 calories a packet(due to maltodextrin and/or dextrose added as flowing agent/s), even though it states it has 0 calories.

Lightly sweetened tahini paste with a touch of vanilla. Tastes similar to halvah but the texture is similar to nut/seed butter.

356 cal. Fresh Italian parsley is from my garden!

Indeed a great book on the subject! It definitely works but you have to be very diligent with logging accurately. As others mentioned the difference between lose/maintain and "gray areas of NEAT" is small when you get closer to your goal. It's a great way to start practicing maintenance from the get go!
