I am not "tracking every single thing" but have been tracking nonetheless since my 80+ pound fat loss 10+ years ago. My "internal meter when to stop eating" has been broken since I don't remember when. Tracking has been invaluable to me with staying at a healthy weight for me.

@Rockmama1111 If you don't mind losing 1 gram of fiber, Dave's Killer Bread Powerseed version (not thin sliced) has only 1 gram of added(and total) sugars instead of 5 g in the 21 Whole Grains and Seeds.

Lately I've been enjoying spicy roasted Fava Beans (AKA broad beans). Bada Beem Bada Boom (in US) has several flavors I like. Babybels are nicely portioned and travel well. Fruit by itself doesn't satisfy me for too long but works great as a pre-workout snack.

You can manually set your calorie goal every day of the week. Have it set to 2000 M-Fri and on Saturday morning go to Goals and set it to 2400 and then change it back to 2000 on Monday morning.

Homemade sourdough (with a little salted butter!) is awesome! For steam, as soon as the loaves go in the oven I take a spray bottle with water and spray a few times. Close the oven. I do this a couple more times in the first 3-5 minutes of baking. Try to do this super quick so you don't lose the oven heat. For scoring,β¦

Thank you for letting us know! Pumpkin seeds and/or butters are hit and miss. Pistachio paste/butter is SOOOO good.... dangerously good! I don't have an image to post. Nutty Gourmet brand is very tasty! I also make my own!

I am like you. My body is very calorie astute and 250 calorie deficit can make a HUGE impact on for my hunger management.

I had a similar experience years ago when I dabbled in low carb. We are all unique individuals, for me carbs are essential in production of serotonin-"a feel good/happy hormone"!

For me both fiber, specifically soluble corn/tapioca (aka digestion resistant maltodextrin), inulin and sweeteners like allulose and erythritol cause bad digestive consequences.

Yes!! I have not come across even one Tillamook product that is not absolutely delicious!! I live in central Cali, a variety of Tillamook dairy products is widely available in stores. Some of their ice cream flavors are SO good that they are better left at the store most of the time and only purchased for specialβ¦

I tolerate some sugar alcohols much better than others. Maltitol, Sorbitol, Xylitol bother me more than Erythritol. In moderation it seems to be ok.

It was Dark Chocolate Nuts and Sea Salt. Nutrition facts says 7 g fiber. Some of the fiber is from nuts but chicory root is # 3 ingredient.
