Success: I continued to get my extra 16 oz of water in. I have never done it this long before.
Failure: I have been consistently eating more calories than I have set and haven't gain for a while, so it was not surprising but still a shock to see the scale hit 116 today.
Failure: I am so happy with my success that I am not going to think about failures.2 -

Weight has hovered around 50 kg for over a week now. Trend slowly coming down.
Struggles:
Struggling with exercise – due to OA – means I have no exercise calories to play with. I would like to drop another kg before I go on holiday on Feb 13th, but weight loss has stalled.

How long in maintenance: I hit my goal weight in the beginning of January 2018, but officially started maintenance in mid-March 2018 after figuring out my calories for a couple of months.

Successes/struggles of the week: Continuing to slowly decline in my weekly average weights since the beginning of the month, and hoping to continue the trend. I recently met one of my fitness goals that I've been working towards for months, being able to do a pistol squat - I'm proud of this achievement, as other areas in my workouts have been suffering due to lack of motivation, so I'm glad that I've been able to work on this one and make progress where I haven't with other workout goals.2 -

Successes/Struggles:
I did well in January, losing much of the 2 kg I gained in the last 6 weeks of 2022, but my weight has stalled at around 50 kg. There’s nothing wrong with 50 kg but I’m away on holiday for a few days from Feb 13th and will be eating breakfast and dinner in a hotel for four nights so I had hoped to be closer to 49 kg before going.
Struggling with exercise as my OA is really affecting my mobility. Thus, I have to be very careful about calories – no wiggle room.
