How do I change my daily calorie goals to different amounts per day.
For example mon-fri 2000 calories sat-sun 2400 calories.

Premium MFP will let you do that, I believe.
Free MFP doesn't, though there are ways you can fake it. (For example, set calorie goal manually to 2000, log 400 calories of a custom exercise - "weekend extra calorie allowance" or something - on Saturday/Sunday.)
It's tedious, but you can sit down and do a month or two of the weekend "exercise" all at once pretty quickly . . . and it's free.
Or, just eat to the number you know is your goal, track your weekly average intake instead of daily.2 -
You can manually set your calorie goal every day of the week. Have it set to 2000 M-Fri and on Saturday morning go to Goals and set it to 2400 and then change it back to 2000 on Monday morning.1
