I also have about 15 pounds to go…it is slow going! I like that advice to accept the rate of loss may be more like 1 pound per month. Thanks for sharing that! Of course, I still *should* tighten up my weighing and logging as that’s where I struggle the most.

I use Apple Fitness+ and enjoy it. The 20 min HIIT workouts are great for my endurance level. I also really like the 20 min. strength training videos. The only 10 min videos I’ve tried are the cool downs. I love how the workouts automatically sync to my watch. For $10/month it’s worth it to me.

Donuts! They’re just not worth it to me anymore. I find that’s true of a lot of sugary sweets now, but I love chips and salsa!

Beginners weight training? I only have light dumbbells, no gym membership...I already do cardio and yoga. Down 12 lbs since Dec, but no idea how to start incorporating lifting for weight loss & bone health?? TIA for your insight! :)

You’re taking great first steps by joining MFP and reassessing your diet! Kudos to you! I know how frustrating it can be to chase a diagnosis, but I want to encourage you to keep showing up for yourself. Read up about weighing your foods. You’ll find lots of good advice here.

Yes! That’s what I’m doing, too! It just helps me to think of it in terms of a realistic goal I can continue to build on. Glad I’m not the only one. :smile:
