I liked today’s Blossom, but I had to modify the vinyasa flows because an old shoulder injury decided to creep back in. I agree with the daily practice being sustainable and enjoyable!

I’m doing Blossom. Tomorrow’s flow looks more like something from Move, so I’m excited for that.

I did start Blossom today, and I did another balance yoga video. I had never done a walk with Leslie Sansone on YT before today. It’s too icy out for a walk, but it was an alright option.

Pretty sure my flow didn’t look much like Adriene’s, but I was so jacked to be rocking a new outfit that I didn’t really care. It got me through the ab work!

I really struggled with today’s “Soften” practice. I loved yesterday, but today was a whole other beast. Overall, Move has been one of the best 30 day series I’ve done with YWA! What do you think?

Yes! I totally agree that weight loss is about so much more than just counting calories. How one takes care of their own mental heath may look different to us all, but it’s still a part of everyone’s journey…be it music, outdoors, pets, sports, bubble baths, whatever! Kudos for bringing to attention its importance!
