  • Hello, I am new to the app and this group. Hopeful that this the tool I need to control my weight and make steps towards being healthy again. I joined 18 days ago, and so far I’ve gone from 165.4 to 164.6. So...... This week I WILL hit the 1 lb. lost mark. AFTER I get up every morning I WILL drink 12 oz. of lemon water. 😁
