I'm going through the same exact thing. It's not easy I get up every morning 4:30 am tonget to the gym for 5 then come home take care of the kids for a bit then the ol lady takes over and I go into work for 9. Also dieting is difficult cause with kids you have sweets on the house so smh lol

All I can say is stay motivated and keep yourself accountable. My motivation is stepping on the scale every morning and seeing it go down. Went from 201 to now 187 in less than 2 weeks. call me obsessed I guess lol
